Booking & Confirmation
All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and confirmation from our team via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Payments
Customers are required to make payments as per the payment schedule shared at the time of booking. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Prices & Packages
All prices mentioned on the website are indicative and subject to change based on availability, season, hotel category, transport type, government taxes, or other factors. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Changes in Itinerary
MyTravelExpert reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotels, transport, or tour schedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, natural calamities, political disturbances, or operational issues.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific cancellation policy shared at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Travel Documents
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents such as ID proof, permits, passports, visas, and tickets are valid and carried during the journey. MyTravelExpert will not be responsible for denial of entry or services due to improper documentation.
Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. MyTravelExpert shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, accident, or delay caused during travel due to circumstances beyond our control.
Third-Party Services
Hotels, transport providers, guides, and other services are provided by independent third parties. MyTravelExpert acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for any deficiency in services provided by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
MyTravelExpert shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or expense arising due to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, technical issues, or any events beyond our control.
